General
We are proud to say that the price you see is the price you pay! Our packages or add-ons all include setup on our own time with no hidden fees and we’ve even bundled taxes into the price! The only fee that is not attached to our package prices is our travel fee (found in add-ons), which will depend on your location. (see below)
We are located in beautiful Schroon Lake, NY - but we're always down for a road trip! If your venue requires more than 4 hours of total driving time (to and from), we'll charge an extra 50$ per hour. For venues requiring more than 6 hours of driving (to and from), we'll request overnight hotel accommodations. You can find more information listed in add-ons here.
In order for us to save your date, we’ll ask for 50% of your entire package at the time of booking. The rest of the payment is due one week (7 days) before your event date.
We are always excited to accommodate last minute bookings, however, most of the peak dates for weddings are often booked up to or more than a year in advance, so don't hesitate to reach out!
Audio, DJ, Video & Lighting
We try our best to be as low maintenance as possible, but we’ll still need a few things from you:
First up, we’ll need space to set up!
- Outdoor: 8x8 area for a covered canopy tent. This creates a discrete and distraction-free area for our gear to live, safe from both the heat of the sun and potential rainfall.
- Indoor: 8x8 area for our audio/DJ and lighting booth to live.
Let us know if your venue is tight on space, we’re always willing to get creative!
Next, we’ll need some nourishment to keep your event moving! Unless otherwise specified, we ask that you provide a hot meal for two event professionals.
Our presence at your rehearsal is not standard practice. Rest assured, we’ll be sure to get all of the vital details for your wedding in our comprehensive pre-communication.
For certain weddings, however, clients would still prefer our physical presence at the venue and rehearsal. Upon request we are happy to accommodate this on a case-by-case basis. Typically, we’ll charge $50/hr, including our travel time for this service.
Absolutely! Emcee services come standard with any of our wedding packages. We’ll plan these out with you and/or your wedding planner in advance.
Our job is to make your vision for your special day come true. For many couples, this includes a friend or family member making announcements or going over special instructions. While we do not offer a discount based on this, we are more than happy to provide a wireless mic to any emcee for specific portions or the entirety of your reception.
Our setup time varies dramatically based on your package and venue. Typically we arrive 2-3 hours before the ceremony begins. We’ll always communicate how much time we need ahead of the event and we’ll always work around you and your venue's schedule!
Broadcast/ Live Stream
We always ask our client to ensure that uninterrupted wired (preferred) or wireless internet access is available to us at the ceremony site. Typically, we'll run a long ethernet cable from your venue's modem to our setup. As a backup, we'll also always have our own 4g Verizon hotspot.
If your venue does not have access to high-speed internet, we're here to be creative - contact us and we'll go from there!

Absolutely! We'll be sure that whatever platform you choose for streaming will keep your footage for as long as you'd like. We'll also send you the digital file to use and keep, worry free!
